Across his career, Gordon has successfully led the development and expansion of survey divisions, driving significant year on year revenue growth and implementing modern digital survey technologies. His leadership has included introducing advanced methodologies, strengthening operational processes, and broadening service portfolios such as UAV surveying and 3D data acquisition.
Widely recognised as a technical authority in PAS 128 implementation, GPR data capture, and complex geospatial workflows, Gordon has contributed to the evolution of national surveying standards through involvement with professional institutions and technical working groups. His expertise covers topographical surveying, utility mapping, GNSS, laser scanning, 3D modelling, GIS, and CCTV survey integration. Throughout his career, his focus on precision, innovation, and service quality has consistently delivered operational excellence and sustainable, long term growth.
